In what’s been the most exciting — and competitive — series in the semifinal round, the Milwaukee Bucks and Boston Celtics meet Friday night for Game 6. The defending champions are one win away from advancing to the Eastern Conference finals after a wild 110-107 comeback win in Boston. Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Bucks will try to close out the Celtics at the Fiserv Forum. After one half, it is the Celtics who own a 10-point lead over the Bucks.
Milwaukee outscored Boston 31-14 in the final 10 minutes of Game 5 after trailing 93-79. Jrue Holiday, who finished with 24 points, eight rebounds and eight assists, came up huge in the final seconds and became the first player in the past 25 seasons to record a block and a steal within the final 10 seconds of the fourth quarter of a playoff game. His second steal from Marcus Smart in the final seconds sealed the win. Antetokounmpo led all scorers with 40 points along with 11 boards. The Bucks are 8-0 in closeout games under Mike Budenholzer. The Celtics, meanwhile, are 9-1 following their past 10 losses, including 2-0 following a loss in this series.
